HIGHLIGHTS

  • Insufficient water resources situation in pastoral areas, particularly in the provinces of Gnagna (on the two sentinel sites where we have information), and Tapoa;
  • Relatively insufficient grazing in pastoral interest areas
  • Grain prices rise slightly in most provinces of the Eastern region;
  • Relatively stable food situation in the Eastern region;
  • Cases of internally displaced persons in the Eastern region.
  • Very degraded security situation in the provinces of Kompienga, Komandjoari and Gourma
